Overall I was very happy with this company. Searching for a moving company requires alot of research but most importantly making sure the inventory is correct which is one of the many things people fail to do. My inventory was on point and therefore my quote did not change on pick up. The movers were very friendly and did a fantastic job packing up. Delivery was good as all my items arrived in Florida without any damage. Would highly recommend! I didn’t have to cancel my services therefore their cancellation policy meant nothing. Not sure why people are canceling and losing their deposit outside the window when these guys are great at what they do.
I called to rent a 16' truck and the first guy I talked to said it would be from Florida to California $1900. He talked me into it. So for the deposit it is $738. A few days later someone else calls and tells me it will be $4800. and I explained I did not have that much money, so I cancelled. After I cancelled they took out another $900., for more deposit. I emailed them over and over to get my deposit back. I have tried emailing and calling them. They stopped responding to emails and would not take my calls. I want them to pay me back the deposits. They lied to me about the price, just to get me in.
Had a very good experience price as quoted on the phone fast and speedy did a great job will use them again if I need them!
For my relocation last week, the crew arrived on schedule and worked really efficiently. They were quick to respond to text messages, wrapped all of my furniture safely, and the pricing was reasonable.
No complaints whatsoever, It was a pretty straightforward service and there were no hassles, no hidden fees, and wonderful communication from their staff. The crew that they assigned to me were also very careful with all my antiques and china. They're the best moving brokers I've found so far.
