They were very good at communication and preparing us with information regarding our move. If I was to provide any advise it would be to make certain that you do a thorough inventory of the goods being moved or have an estimator come to evaluate your belongings to be shipped. Also, be clear on what additional services that are needed - disassembly, packaging, boxes, etc. vs what you will be packing and preparing yourself. All-in-all it was a great move from state to state. I appreciate all of the communication that helped us to be prepared and know what to expect each step of the way.
