⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ buyer beware ‼️ If this company is recommended to you, be sure to get all details in writing, in advance. The delivery fee for our furniture changed four times, ranging from $375 to $1000. They also did not communicate payment options in advance. They arrived with our furniture and demanded a cash payment (who carries that much cash anyway?) with no guarantee of a damage free delivery. We offered to pay half of the delivery fee up front and half upon successful/damage free delivery. They refused and left with our furniture. Over $8,000 in furniture has not been delivered and the company has offered a "solution" by demanding that we pay the delivery fee, because they made a trip, and then we can come pick our own furniture.
