On the day of the move, they movers came late and asked for $1000 more to move her based on her actual inventory. When I called Jim to complain about the fraudulent practices, he hung up on me. My daughter refused the movers, and I am glad that she did based on the horror stories of the other REAL customers who had difficulty getting their items delivered and then items were missing or damaged or belonged to someone else.
They protected my belongings, were polite, easy to work with, and moved FAST. Everything was damage-free. I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks, guys!
