Tim and his team were awesome. We were moving from San Bernardino, to our dream house in Humble. We thought it would be a nightmare, but the team did a great job figuring how to make it stress free and efficient. They were all gloved and masked, which made it more amazing nothing was damaged. Sam and his team were wonderful and went above and beyond for my move. I was moving alone and they took steps to make sure I would be able to unpack everything myself. Everything was labeled and well organized. The delivery time was super quick, much less than the other moving companies quoted me. Sam was really good at communicating when he would arrive at my pickup in San Diego. Tim and Ed in Jacksonville were very personable and respectful. I had a great experience with Rapid Van Lines
This was a short move, but I got a million calls..Their rep Scott was nice and didn't try and rush me into a decision. I am retiring to Scottsdale and get out of California finally. They were professional fast and friendly. The crew arrived on time, loaded my things carefully, were covid compliant with masks and gloves, and were very careful packing and loading. Was a great rate and super responsive to my needs. Definitely call them for your next move..
I have moved many times in my 61 years, and never had a good experience. Something always gets broken or lost. I chose Rapid Van Lines but I was nervous. They were great. They arrived on time, picked up my things in San Marcos..on time arrival, and they guys were masked and gloved and very polite...they worked quickly and took great care packing..it was pouring rain of course, but they wrapped and took care of everything and did their best. They deserve 6 stars for meritorious service..being a vet, this was greatly appreciated, worth every penny..
