Seniors Beware! This is a scam to get your business. Quote is low balled but once they pickup they increase they amount saying you have more cf??? We actually had one less bedroom and they increased the cf by 600 cf!!! Storage quote doubled and we refused. Rented a local place for 1/3 the cost. Two items damaged and a list of items missing but RVL are unresponsive! Do Not Use This Carrier! Rip Off Seniors !!!!!
On moving day, the movers were so caring and receptive to any questions or feedback. The mover's team from Rapid Van Lines did a great job for me, which I can’t imagine. The team from Rapid Van Lines company were careful and understood everything that I said and required of them. For me, they are perfect.
I Had a great experience!! Dunk was very professional and accommodating. Made moving very easy. I had all the moving supplies and even tall boxes to hang clothes and wrapped my furniture. Awesome service!!
They were on time, worked really hard, charged an incredibly fair rate. They were also friendly, funny, and courteous and even helped me with some tips and pointers on driving up to NY and unpacking the truck in general. They did an excellent job for me. I highly recommend them!
