The Rapid Van Lines crew were able to effectively move 2 households in one day including three stories. Appointment was also very easy to schedule and accommodating with last minute changes.So impressed with the move.
Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. We were originally quoted $1200, then after inventory was taken, we were quoted $3500, THEN the actual movers called and said there’s no way they could do it for less than $4700. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional. The movers were kind, but incredibly unprofessional. We were told to expect “white glove service” and there was nothing white glove about our service. That’s just the beginning. Our belongings were picked up on December 17,2020 and we were told that our items would arrive in Florida in 3-21 days. We are now into February, and our belongings are STILL in California. We have gone an entire month and a half without our personal belongings, and the best this company can do is provide us with a $20 inconvenience fee per day past 30 business days...which was never discussed with us. It’s utterly ridiculous, not to mention the con artists behind the scenes that make you place a non-refundable deposit after giving you an insanely low-ball quote. Do your research and don’t learn the hard way like we did!
I wish I could give 10 stars for these 3 amazing guys who did our move this morning so smooth and easy. I had Tim as my foreman. My apt was at 8:00 am, and they were there right on time. They even brought us star bucks! Very polite and professional guys. I will confess that I was so scared about the move, that now I'm so relaxed and ready to start a new chapter of my life in a new place.
Excellent service! Booking was smooth. I spoke to Jennifer. They quickly answered all my questions. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Love the pricing model, everything was very fair. Truly no hidden prices. They wore masks and kept a safe distance. Easiest move I've ever done. Can't recommend this company enough. Great Job!
The team that loaded my furniture in Los Angeles were extremely hard working, packed our chairs, tables and furniture with the utmost care and diligence. They took care of it as if it was their own. They were excellent. The day was very hot and they still worked at a fast pace all day. Alberto and Joe unloaded our furniture in Utah were also terrific aas they had to deal with wind, snow and cold temperatures. I'm very happy I chose Rapid Van Lines!
