Terrible service! Moved us to BC from Ontario. Upon arrival we put our belongings into storage for 2 months while we purchased a house; when we opened our boxes we found several boxes crushed and all of our belongings inside shattered and broken, we had a missing bed, several missing boxes and items that did not belong to us. When we made a complaint to the sales person, he did not respond to us however someone from the claims department emailed and said we were past the thirty days and there was nothing they would do. Terrible experience and I would warn everyone to stay away from this company.
Prof Move far by far the best movers I have ever used. I too had three movers arrive on my doorstep, on time, smiling and ready to go! We laughed and joked throughout the entirety of my move.
