Adryan was not available after first conversation. I can't get Marty, Sales Manager nor Josh, Customer Service to answer a call, respond to a text or email. seems sketchy. I can’t even have the day of delivery after 7 days! gets on the phone and provides you with a quote.. Given Covid they will have someone come to your home for the quote. Adryan gave me the quote by weight Howe driver asked for SQ feet. video review which he said would be great,.At this point it's too late to not do the move so I call Adryan, Marty to talk through it as the packing begins. Marty is never again available to talk nor is Adryan. The Driver puts me on the phone with Miami M., the West Coast Manager, who says sorry but nothing she can do, try customer service A.ll in customer service, are unable to answer any questions or provide any guidance. The move now costs 40% more than originally quoted, making them higher than any other quote we received. As it was too late to cancel the move just wanted to let you know it was scammed. Hopefully I get my furniture right.
