Phyllis July 30, 2022 1.5 Native Van Lines brokered a move with Eazy Moving. Eazy Moving broke the leg off of a (brand new) dresser. I later found the broken leg behind a drawer in the dresser. There is a big scratch on the (brand new) dining room table. There were broken dishes. There are pieces missing from a (brand new) coffee table. They broke the lock on a filing cabinet. None of the furniture was wrapped. The move was arranged through Native Van Lines. I was offered $105 for damages and they wanted me to sign a letter stating I wouldn’t post bad reviews. DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MOVERS.
Have never seen anyone doing such a fantastic job both home to storage and vice versa. Native Van Lines - you are the best. The crew was diligent and did not waste a minute or drag the work. They did a thorough job. They even remembered all the nuts and bolts with the right furniture. I was amazed at their professionalism. They did do wrapping fragile items with utmost care. Moving in and out was a breeze!
