BEWARE. This company will low ball an estimate just to get you locked into services with them and then even though they take an inventory of everything you are moving will not provide enough space for what you need to move so that you have to get a new estimate and pay MORE. Victoria claimed to be the manager and was absolutely unhelpful. She refused to even consider that this was at any fault of their own. Shouldn’t a company whose job it is to quote for a move know how much space to provide? The actual movers they hired to move the stuff even admitted there was no way everything listed in the inventory would fit into the amount of space they quoted for. I do NOT recommend this company. They are awful.
Company is rude, used profanities when I explained I couldnt afford their rate. They called 30x and then began to text. CHARLES Weiss called my minor son and cursed him out too. After i canceled the move they still went ahead and charged me a $1500 deposit that I am now disputing. I have never encoutered anything like this. I have screenshots and voice recordings I will be forwarding to the Trade Commision, Attorney General and the authorities in Florida, where they are located. I do not recommend. Too aggressive, I am still shaking and feel attacked.
i couldnt afford the move so they called 30x in a row. When I didnt pick up the phone because I was working, the started texting. They called me names and said I was stupid and a liar. They then called my teenage son that I listed as a alternate number and called him a piece of shit and get fucked. When I called to address the disrespect, they took my bank info and charged me a deposit fee after I canceled the move. I AM CONTACGING THE TRADE COMMISSION,BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE MAYOR OF POMPANO Beach. Black Lives Matter. I didnt deserve this treatment. Im still shaking. They seem like thugs. Charles Weiss is a garbage salesman. His mouth is gross.
I was talking to one of your reps named John when another guy got on trying to force me to sign up with your company and stated I wasn't smart enough to talk to him, Your company will not have my business and your people are rude
I spoke with Marcus snd His supervisor Jonathan. Both were accommodating and answered my calls the first day. When I reached out a few weeks later, Marcus returned my call within an hour, Jonathan never did. Marcus indicated I needed to speak with customer service and that he would text me that number. I have not heard from him and it’s been 4 days. Supervisor Jonathan has never responded.
