SCAM SCAM SCAM!! This “company” is unprofessional, overpriced and their “employees” are beyond rude. They will call to “quote” you on your inventory, then pressure you to put down a “refundable” deposit. Spoiler alert, you won’t ever see that deposit again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Where to begin, talk about a shit show. First of all believe the negative reviews. They are telling the truth. Those in between with fake names claiming great service are obviously trying to get the real reviews pushed down. Be very wary of a company who has to use a combination of major brand movers names to fool you. Save yourself the headache, save yourself the scam. I can't believe what they put my family through. Contact BBB, FTC, FBI, and DOT from all who have been taken advantage of by this underhanded slimy company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Do not mistake them with the very well respected companies National Van Lines LLC or American Van Lines LLC. Lets start from the top. We were asked to put down a deposit of $1,570. We signed their contract and gave them their deposit. A week later we had our final inventory call, they said we used more space than originally planned and charged us an extra $998 deposit. We stupidly paid. After noticing that the first deposit was pulled from my husbands account via an e-check, we soon realized that they used his signature for the contract, and forged a check using the routing and account number on his account. (they asked for that info, we figured for a direct pull from the account, not an e check) after further investigation, we saw that they tried to write TWO more checks in his name. One for the same amount, the second for almost $300. After being mind blown, we called to cancel within the 72 hour window. Not only was it a gigantic argument, Marissa (the only person who deals with the entire companies finances... fishy) began to belittle and argue with my husband. Insisting there was no way we could do this moves ourselves and that we needed them. Hi Marissa, we did the moves ourselves just fine. Finally after some back and forth, she agreed to refund us for both deposits. So, in total $2,570. We received an email stating that we should wait 7-14 business days for us to see the funds. We waited.. and waited.. and it never showed. Shocker. 14 business days later I give sweet Marissa a call. To which she tells me they never even received the first $1,500 and therefore couldn't give it back. Why was this not mentioned on the original phone call when we canceled? Why were you still moving us? Why does my bank say the full amount went to you? I then ask her, if the only amount you have is the $998, why have I not received that? She states that its due to the fact that they wait 30 business days to actually release it. Again, not what your refund policy states. She then proceeds to tell me that I will only get $998 back and that there is nothing further to discuss. I have only received less than half of my full deposit, and will not be quiet until the full amount is returned to me. If you've managed to make it to the bottom of this long review, trust me when I say, avoid this company. You're better off putting your furniture on your back and walking cross country. If you have had a scammy experience with this company, please do not be silent. Report to BBB, DOT and FTC. I sure as heck have, and I sure as heck will get my money back and so should you!

Moving was a pain but the entire experience was much more pleasant, thanks to Mike and the movers. They were very professional and extremely proficient in their procedure. They wrapped everything, and we were completely out of the apartment in 1 hour! It was a total 5-star experience. Will not even shop around in the future. National American Van Lines for life!

SCAM - BUYER BEWARE. When I originally called this company to make a reservation, the manager made a sales pitch and pressured me into making a direct deposit transaction with the tactic that the price will increase the next day. As I took precaution to make my direct deposit, I repeatedly clarified that I would be able to receive a full refund, and his response was that I cannot be charged for a service I am not receiving so that yes clearly I would receive a refund. A month before my scheduled move date, I call to cancel the service and ask for a refund. The customer service said they will go to court to decline my dispute because I signed a written contract that I would have to cancel within 72 hours. This was hardly noticeable in the lengthy terms and conditions in the email. What was spoken verbally on the phone and what is in the lengthy email was very contradictory. Just save yourself the headache and go for an honest company.
