Moving mania inc was my first choice because I was quoted a fair price for my long-distance move to Colorado. As I was moving during the off-season, they wanted to keep me as a customer by providing special discounts. They offered to disassemble my furniture for free and also brought some specialty boxes for delicate items. ‘’So far so good’’, I thought. But, it didn’t take long for them to actually disappoint me. While I was unpacking at my new home I noticed that the box with my dishes wasn’t sealed properly and some of my crystal bowls and wine glasses were broken. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to prove my point since I didn’t take photos of the condition of my items before and after they were packed. Eventually, the refund I got covered only a small part of the damage their negligence caused. To be honest, I don’t think I will book or recommend this company ever again.
