I had a great ecperience and I would recommend Moving Mania to anyone who is considering a moving company. From start to finsh I was akways kept in the loop of every part of my move. The crew were very experienced I feel just by the way they were wrapping and handling the furniture I knew it was not their first time in the rodeo. I moved from Florida to Dallas Texas which is not an easy route but I always felt confident in where my things were because my calls were always answered. I recommend 10 out of 10!
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK: Do not use this company. I repeat do not use this company!! I was promised the moon and the stars, just for Nicole to secure a deposit. She blatantly lied to me, just to get my business. She promised me my move would be one day and when I called to confirm, they told me another date for pick-up and didn't know the drop off date. It was the complete opposite. Nicole kept forwarding me to dispatch after she had been caught in a lie. Dispatch explained to me that they received the order for movers until two days after I had placed the order. I called for over an hour and she kept forwarding my call. So unprofessional! I even had to get my sister to call from her number and still no answer. Nicole is the receptionist and she kept forwarding me to dispatch so she didn't have to take responsibility for her actions. When I spoke to dispatch she repeatedly gave examples of the truck breaking down or having issues and that is why they couldn't guarantee the drop off. Event he lady at dispatch kept saying she doesn't understand why she kept forwarding to her, it's because she lied to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The price they quoted me was very very low (great right), wrong, other companies explained to me that price is unusually low. I asked dispatch if the price is guaranteed, she hesitated. They are scammers!!! Stay away.
They were friendly and knowledgeable about how to move our materials. Absolutely nothing was a problem for them, including the disassembly and assembly of my bed frame, moving my wardrob, protecting the glass top to my coffee table and my mirrors, and much more. I would highly recommend These guys to friends and family.
I have used Moving Mania for my last few moves, and have never had a problem or complaint with the services provided. They were fast, efficient, and careful with my furniture. They went above and beyond to ensure that my items were not damaged and that small items such as nails or screws were not misplaced. I really appreciated the care they showed during each move.
Had a great experience with you guys, when the foremen arrived they got right to work. They were very professional but very fun as well since i have kids and they made jokes with them and allowed them to help in little ways, Phyllis was the one that kept me posted the entire time and she answered all my questions without problems. great company would recommend moving mania to anyone trying to have a stress free move
