This company is completely fraudulent. Every person you speak to on the phone uses a fake name. They are not a carrier they are just a broker. Majority of their employees are on drugs. They pay for their reviews to make it look like they’re a reputable service but I promise you they’re not. Save yourself from a horrible experience. Do not use this company.

I have moved a few places so I am a bit experienced when dealing with moving companies. Medal of Honor really was great overall. They were very transparent about my cost and got me a great rate! The customer service center stayed in contact the whole time (which I really liked). In the past I have had movers show up late with no communication. It was nice having a direct number I could get in contact with. If I am going to move again which is highly likely I will definitely be using this company again. Thanks for the great service guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Medal of Honor moving group made my move simple and easy. I was stressing so much about this long distance move but they reassured me that they would take care of EVERYTHING! The gentleman Jimmy who helped me with my move was absolutely wonderful. The quote was amazing as well, they gave me a break down of how many cubic feet and a great rate so I knew exactly what I was paying for. If you need a long distance mover call them!

Guys did a terrific job, I really am satisfied with their work. The people I spoke with at Medal of Honor were nice not pushy at all. I was upset when I first inquired for a move because I got so many calls everyone just wanted my credit card. Medal of Honor was the most professional by far. I don't normally write reviews but I know how hard that crew worked that came out to pick up my stuff and they deserve the credit. If you want a dedicated company I would use them.

There is nothing honorable about Medal of Honor! Shame on us for not reading the reviews and check BBB first. We started off with Steve that gave a quote for a 4 bedroom house going from Delaware to Florida for $2200. I knew that couldn't be right so I called back and got Ross who was super friendly, explained that Steve was an old man and he forgot to add the labor. He said he would make it up to us with the final price. The quote Ross gave us was right around $3500 based off of a rough estimate of items I told him we were moving. I called him back and went room to room naming off items to be moved to get more of an exact quote. With all items named and an estimate of 140-150 med sized boxes, the quote was still right around $3500. Ross said we would get red carpet service... "they" would take apart furniture and move stuff from each room to the truck. I tried calling Ross again to add in a few items I overlooked (a couple of fish tanks, 4 stackable patio chairs, foldable dog crate and a small fridge). I found it interesting though that he would no longer take my calls after the deposit was made, he only referred me to customer support through text message. I never did call customer support because Ross said it wouldn't cost much if I did overlook items. Day of the move, all items are packed and we moved everything to first floor, and broke down all furniture for them. The only thing the movers had to get was the peloton in the basement. Once everything was on the truck we were given our new price of $6700!!! This is when we found out that Medal of Honor was a broker company, not the actual moving company! Which, by the way, showed up in a Penske rental truck. The moving company said we were quoted for 782 cf where in actuality it was really 1483 cf. In all fairness $200 was for miscellaneous items the moving company had to pack for us. However, they charge you 5% if you pay by credit card so that's an extra $300+. We were also told that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days by Ross. Moving company tells us it's actually 14 days. Ross said it would be a direct move, moving company said it had to go back to their warehouse to get unloaded and reloaded onto one of their trucks. So here I sit on day 12 without my belongings and the update is maybe next Wednesday or Thursday, Just shy of 3 weeks! I called Medal of Honor and spoke with Kevin or Keith who was ultimately rude and kept saying "ma'am what you don't understand is...." to each of my concerns. He promised me a call back and never did. We spoke to another guy that seemed sympathetic, said he put a sticky on his computer to remind him to call us back but he never did either. My complaint will get answered the same as the others "we have a quote here for X about of cf that you signed" and that's true but what Medal of Honor doesn't understand is as the customers we are counting on their expertise and their software to give us an accurate quote. Other than the miscellaneous items I mentioned above I also had 50 small boxes, 51 medium boxes, 34 large and 13 extra large boxes (remember the quote was for 140-150 med boxes) we had 148 total, 101 of those were small and medium sized. How was their quote that off?? Keith/ Kevin told me they use a software program that determines it, sounds like it's due for an upgrade. Here's the final kicker.... for the 20 min total that Ross talked to me and sending my order to the moving company, according to my paperwork, the brokerage finder fee that Medal of Honor will make is $1225!! DO NOT USE THEM! Call the moving company directly!
