It’s been two weeks since any response about the delivery of our items. There is a delay bc apparently the third party company they utilized- Express VanLines, is backed up. But they want to keep charging me storage fees for a delay that is not our fault. I have been paying for a storage unit since 6/21/2021 anticipating the arrival of our items. No one can give me an estimate on when we will get our items either. I will never use or recommend this company. This company does not ACTUALLY do your move, they hire rude and penny-pinching third party movers who are HORRIBLE!
When I found out I had less than a month to move I needed help quickly. I looked around online for reliable companies with good reviews and found these guys. I would definitely recommend using this company if you need a thorough and very helpful move all around!
