Landmark Moving and Storage LLC

Moving is always very stressful, but you all made it easy for me. Special thanks to John and her team for being responsible, flexible, and friendly! You communicated clearly with me throughout the process, so there were no surprises, and I knew what to expect.

I authorized Landmark Moving to take a $1429.00 deposit for a move (March 16). After doing my own research and reading reviews on the company that they did not provide, I decided that it wasn't worth the risk of using them to move my items across the country. I cancelled my reservation the next day (March 17), so my deposit is refundable. The deposit came out of my account on (March 18). I've have been calling and emailing the company and they assure me that my refund is coming, but I have not received anything. I've sent them follow-up emails on the below dates: 3/17/22 3/24/22 3/30/22 3/31/22 4/1/22 4/18/22. I can't get Paula to return my calls. Currently reported to the BBB, where they have an F rating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was looking for a moving company to move my furniture in which, it was not too many items. I took pictures of the items and I told this Jerrid Shelton person the number of boxes that I was going to use. Jerrid Sheldon, low ball the amount of the cost of the items to $2,400. He told me that he was going to be available to answer any questions before and during the move. We set the date for the morning of 5/18. On 5/17 there is a company calling me, telling me that they are ready to pick up my furniture. I freaked out as I was still packing my books etc. The company was a third party, not Landmark Moving and Storage, that was stated in our conversation. I called Jerrid, and he was no where to be found, all the calls went to voice mail, and he didn't have the balls to call back. United Moving was very helpful and helped me to packed what was left. Of course, they charged $200 for helping. They charges from $2400, in which Jerrid low balled the cost, so you choose then, Landmark Moving. But the third-party company, will charged by the space that your furniture will be occupied in the truck. As I mentioned don't believe of what this Jerrid Shelton will quote you. You will be ended up paying much more like myself, that from $2,400, the total cost became $5,291. AGAIN, DO NOT USED THEM.

The move start-to-end was completed in a short amount of time (three hours for a one-bedroom apartment), the guys were courteous and efficient, and all of my things weren't broken or damaged. Wish could give them more than five stars! 100% recommend!

Weston and his crew were so helpful and professional! They worked quickly but efficiently. They even made me laugh! They made the day enjoyable! Would refer them to any other person/family moving!
