The company failed multiple times to pick up on the date in the contract, going back and forth with me about times they were going to be there and not being able to make it. When I called customer service, they were dismissive of the issues they were causing me and my family. Was expecting a call the morning after the expected time for pickup and I had to reach out to them, and when I expressed even more consensus I was disconnected on the call.
These guys are amazing. They were earlier than scheduled, and there were terrible road closures in the area, but they were calm and worked with me to find a safe location. They were quick with the move (but very safe, professional, and careful). We had three guys help us; they were all super friendly and charming. We would recommend it!
The moving crew was very professional, careful with our belongings, and did a great job overall. Recommend Landmark Moving and recommend spending a little more on the full-service option.
Edward was a wonderful packer and did a great job with everything she touched. The driver was delightful. Edward And his Crew who unpacked us was AMAZING! Especially the older gentlemen who worked like crazy people. I don't know how they do, especially in this heat! I don't have that much energy.
