H & M RELOCATION SERVICES LLC

Picked up my items on March 30th, 2022I went through a broker. The owner stated 10 days. I called to get updates and was continually told 5 more days. In May, 2022 I received a call from a lawyer stating their client had some of my items in Kentucky and placed some in storage in Spokane. I contacted the owner and he stated they stole my items. While picking up her items after my load he locked her items in his trucks and demanded more money and for her to sign a blank contract. He was arrested on a previous theft charge and the police chased away the 4 illegals he had with him. I had to pay another company to retrieve my items from Kentucky and I fly to Spokane and retrieved those items. My brand new TV and fireplace TV stand was missing along with a few boxes. The owner has sent me several texts and info on his lawyers. I contacted his lawyers and they do not want to handle his case. I do not understand how he is still able to have a business and why the broker did not do a background check. Do not use this company. If you have and did not get your items the DA in Colorado wants you to call them. I had to rate them on this review but I Don’t want to even give them 1 star

Zero stars if I could but have to leave 1. DO NOT USE H&M Relocation Services. Changed contract price and terms at pickup. 6 hours late on moving day, 5 hours late the following day to pick up remaining items. Items carelessly packed and loaded. Picked up June 10 and 11, specified 15-21 days for delivery. Refused to fill out contract properly or provide a copy. Luckily I took a picture of the contract and save the text from the owner. September 17th and I still do not have my belongings. Receive nothing but lies from H&M when I do get a response. Been in contact with the police and have to retrieve my items from seized storage unit when this company was served a warrant. They have multiple stories about them failing to deliver.

I am truly baffled by the positive comments about this moving company. It has been 36 days since my belongings were picked up, and I still don't have my items, nor any word when they will be delivered. Going by business days, it has been 26 business days. Throughout this experience, I have been overcharged, lied to, bullied, and threatened, and nothing has been resolved. I truly prayed for a positive experience, because I did read the reviews, both positive and negative, and I was moving by myself. All of my items were boxed up by me and organized into my garage and one bedroom, and I was still charged for packing and over sized items. All of the costs I signed for on the initial contract were changed when H & M (the actual movers) showed up, as well as what was due upon pickup, and they proceeded to drop my items, threaten and bully me, and ended up overcharging me by over $5,000.00. I have been in constant contact with the management at Trinity, and while she talks a good game, I have yet to see any results in my belongings being delivered, or any of the overcharges being returned. Initially, I felt most of the issue was with H & M, but I now see that both companies just want your money and couldn't care less about your personal items, being honest or being helpful. I am physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted and drained, and as I am writing this, have no idea when my belongings will arrive, or how much more I will be bullied into paying upon delivery. I have been patient and understanding, and I continue to get no resolution whatsoever. I will never hire Trinity again, and am disappointed they would ever contract with a company like H & M.

Terrible company. They picked my daughters stuff up on 5/25 and said it would take 7-15 days to get to NC. Today is 6/22 and she still does not have it. They will not allow her to pick it up and they will not refund the 1600.00 she already paid them. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!

THIS IS A SCAM. There is a legitimate company In Denver area called HM Moving and Delivery- these guys purposely created an extremely similar company name in order to confuse people and other moving companies that need to partner with local brokers. If there is a man named David or Michael involved, RUN. Google ‘hm moving and delivery’ and look at the reviews- many people leaving horrible reviews thinking they are reviewing ‘h&m relocation services’ on ‘hm moving and delivery’’s page. You’ll also find them on scampulse.com. These good reviews are absolutely fake. OR they are more confused people meaning to leave positive reviews for ‘HM Moving and Delivery’. Do your research.
