On July 1, 2020 this mover picked up my daughters belongings in Denver to move to Cincinnati. The truck finally arrived last night (July 31, 2020). This has been the worst experience. We have been lied to multiple times by the owner, Husayn Zoda, and did not know if or when we would ever receive their things or what condition they would be in when the truck did arrive. This company needs to be put out of business! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!
It is now day 25 since my belongings were set to be delivered. This is a scam operation of the highest order. My children have been sleeping on the floor and they refuse to give us any updates. This so called company has wreck my life during a global pandemic and prey upon those who seek honest and reliable moving help. I’ve made many mistakes in my life, but none more egregious that hiring H & M Relocation services. For this I will be eternally sorry to my wife and three small children. All positive reviews are from family and friends. They used to go by the name of Arn Moving but changed after multiple police reports were filed against them. Beware!
I am past their maximum contracted delivery date and do not even have an ETA. When they where talking to me it was a constant stream of shifting arrival dates and now they do not even respond to my or my brokerages calls or texts. BEWARE.
Do not believe any reviews on this site, they are probably written by their friends. They are the worst company that I had ever dealt with. Lot of stuff was broken, some of them into so many small pieces that all the pieces are not even delivered. The box labelled fragile was neatly cut open from the side and the stuff was stolen and the company says I used bad box and they are not responsible. They also claim no responsibility for the computer hutch and desks that are broken. The driver that delivered was physically intimidating and did not sign the document of delivery since I noted down all the items that are broke simply saying he doesn't care if I sign it or not. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
This companys service is so fast and the price was the best I found. At the beginning I was a little afraid for my fragile belongings but everything arrived in good shape. They adjusted their scheduled to mine and that’s something that I really appreciate since it s difficult to find punctual people. Totally recommended
