Overpriced, Overbooked, extra fees. Please do not use them. Customer service gives the run around. They play with your stuff. The people they had come were two criminals who kept saying wow this is nice. Then things go missing. They are a scam. They take no responsibility. They don't care.
General moving & storage moved me and it was an easy, stress-free move!! I was so relieved because this turned out to be one of the best moves I have ever had. Not a single damage. They wrapped all of my furniture very quickly and carefully. They delivered on time and moved the furniture where I wanted and how many times I wanted. I'll be requesting them again if I ever do a long distance move. I can't say enough great things about this moving company!!!!!
We are truly glad that we chose General moving & storage for the task. We are a family of 5 and as you can guess, we have many things. We needed a professional mover who can do the move for us and within the allotted time. Booking them was very easy. Their quote was more than reasonable.
