Beware of these FRAUDSTERS! SCAMMERS! Josh (unsure who taught him life skills) from Evergreen van lines is a liar. Two days before the move Josh (QA) called me and readjusted Cubic feet from 816 to 1138 stating the price will be revised per my usage. I used 800 cubic feet and sent the pictures. But, here goes the sad saga. Price never changed and horrible experience since. Several calls and emails with customer service. They behaved well on the phone as if they are discussing internally, but no actions at all. EV is a broker who contracted the move to best price moving. I ended up paying the full hefty price as Best price moving would not release the stuff if I don't pay the invoice. In addition, they even ripped my expensive leather sofa set. It's pretty useless to me now. Possibly Federal Trade Commission is the only way out to help many victims like me from these fraudulent businesses
These 2 young men were absolutely fantastic!! They were unbelievably polite and we were so impressed with their professionalism!! We would rate them a "20" on a 1 to 10 scale! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving!! Very impressed!!
I am almost speechless for the way they operate. They were very professional and have prior moving experience. I have hired movers for a long trip, but I wish I would have known about this company. They work very efficiently but were sure not to damage or scratch anything. I am extremely happy I choose them as movers, and I highly recommend Evergreen Van Lines to anyone in the area. I will surely schedule them in the future.
