They were extremely professional, from the estimate, through moving day. I appreciated their flexibility with moving everything to an out of town storage location, and a challenging parking situation in my tight condo complex. The movers worked quickly, like a well-oiled machine. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Van Lines, and would use them again.

I chose to work with Evergreen Van Lines after getting several quotes and finding that the other companies were nowhere near as communicate and helpful. For the day of the move, the driver showed up on time (calling me beforehand to let me know they were on their way), were polite and courteous. They asked me plenty of questions about how I wanted to move handled and worked hard to make it happen quickly, but not rushed. Overall I was delighted with this company and would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend Evergreen Van Lines.

These guys were AWESOME. We used Evergreen Van Lines to move all our large items.- furniture, file cabinets, exercise equipment, etc.. Some of it is very heavy. They arrived with great energy and moved very quickly to move all of our stuff. All items arrived in great shape just where we wanted them. We will use Evergreen Van Lines again for sure and will probably have them move more than just the big items

Evergreen Van Lines handled our logistically complicated move with ease. We were consolidating two households into one. At the first location, the movers lugged boxes and furniture down 2 flights of stairs with ease. At the second location, they successfully navigated a long walk through a hallway to a second floor apartment. We have moved frequently and were highly impressed by the team's efficiency, professionalism, and speed. We will gladly use them again for our next move!

Evergreen is a broker. They hired multiple companies to move me from California to Ohio. These were terrible, unreliable companies and Evergreen takes no responsibility for it. I moved because of a job offer. They failed to show up on the schedule day twice, which required me to rebook several hotels and was never reimbursed. In my first contract the cost was estimated to be under $6000 for a full-service move. It ended up costing me over $11,000 which I was forced to agree to on the day of the move or I risked losing the job. They deliberately placed small items in big boxes and then filled the rest with packing paper. They artificially inflated the cubic feet I was estimated to take up. When it came time to deliver I called many times but couldn't get through to anyone. I called around using different lines until I got through to a sales guy who helped get my delivery coordinated. Upon delivery: They asked for even more money and held my belongings hostage. None of my stuff was unpacked, several pieces of furniture were damaged, and my refrigerator was left outside in the snow. I had to buy a new bed frame because it was completely destroyed. The movers didn't put anything down and covered the carpet in mud. A giant pile of tape and cardboard was left in the driveway. Then the truck driver has the gall to not even pay the movers THEY hired. Check the BBB before hiring a moving company. You will find that this company is your worst option.
