Had a great experience with these guys. They gave me a quote and was told this was an over estimation. They took 550.00 of the last payment of the move because I didn’t use all the space they sold me. The guys that came out to load up all spoke English and took very good care of our things. This company is a scam. They will increase the price on you at the time of arrival by $2-3k. The person who you talked to at first will not pick up the phone anymore. They are very nice up front but will scam you eventually. They sent us movers who didn’t speak English and asked for an additional $3k at the time of the move. Discount van lines didn’t help at all. I would not recommend them to anyone!! Worst moving experience ever.

I would not recommend this moving company at all. I had already made arrangements with a different company but DVL who had also given me a quote continue to call. They sent me bad reviews about the company I had selected and kept telling me horror stories about people who had used them. Stressed and frazzled, I unwisely changed to their company. Stacey Pinder was the woman who kept insisting I needed to change. She assured me her company had a wonderful reputation and would take care of me every step of the way. She told me they would send two vans and there would be room for all our stuff. Well, only one van was sent. There was not room for all our stuff. They only sent 2 movers. The movers worked very hard but were not able to start in the morning because they were trying so hard to find extra men who could help them. They did manage to find one extra man but it took them all morning to find him. I was under the gun to make it to Indiana because by 8 am the next morning because I had to sign the papers to buy our house. My husband had started work in the new state a month before and was not with us.. Because of having to be there by a certain time , my family and I had to leave before the van had been filled. My husband had to come back and salvage what he could in our van. Stacy who had been calling me multiple times a day before the move was suddenly unavailable the day of the move, as was anyone from the company. The poor movers were contractors. The did as well as they could but they were undermanned. On the other end there were only the 2 of them. They managed to get everything unloaded from the van but not everything could be placed in the proper room and we were left with one room practically filled from floor to ceiling with boxes. We still haven't managed to unpack everything. It was really awful and I would not recommend this company to anyone. P.S. On top of that we all came down with CoVid and my husband has had to be hospitalized..
