Do not use this company!! They will tell you everything is insured when you sign with them, but nothing is insured. The moving company they dispatched to me destroyed all my furniture!!!! They did not cover it with blankets, they placed tape directly on it, peeling the paint, and damaged doors and steps on the way out!! When I called discount van lines to report it, they stated we don't have anything to do with the insurance. So if they tell you you are insured, do not believe them!!!! Plus the company that came out wanted to charge me an additional $1200. When I told them I measured everything in cubic feet myself and showed it to them, they only charged me an addition $300. But for what, all my furniture was damaged!!!!
I would 100% recommend this company, especially Zack. He helped me with my move from beginning to end. I promised to write a review once the move was over if I was satisfied and I absolutely was! Would definitely use again!
I have never been so disappointed with a service. We got our stuff packed in one of their trucks on 12/15. I have not seen my items since. It is January 10th. We were told we won’t have our stuff for another 3 weeks to a month and nobody will tell us where it is being stored. They made us sign a contact at their arrival granting them 21 business days which will arrive this friday, not including every holiday (along with the day before). We are now being forced to sue the company and file a police report for our $20k in items that have been taken from us from this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOUR STUFF BACK!
Do not use this company. They will decieve you about the delivery date and the estimated cost of your move. I was told by multiple reps that my items would be delivered by 1/5. After several days of not returning my phone calls, they finally answered and stated that my items were in a warehouse in Los Angeles and would not be delivered for 21 business days. Please read the contracts, 80% of what they told me is different from what is stated in the contract.
They did an amazing job! None of my items were damaged and the service was great. Totally recommend it.
