Verified my#+*(8’k). Scheduled a move 7/20/2021 for a 8/05/2021 pick up. MADE pay $2500 down with a echeck (can not reverse charges that way). Called to 8/05/2021 to see when the truck would arrive they said the driver would call. Waited called back and was told the truck broke down and it would be 3 days before they got there. At that point I canceled and was told I would receive a refund. Got an email stating it would be 14 days to process. Called after the 14 business days and was told that being it was a echeck it would take another 30 business days to process. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Complete Van Lines replied that it was sent to the destination address on file. At scheduling we didn’t have a destination address so we provided it. BBB put a hold on the complaint due to lack of response on 12/21/2021. Called that day and the girl was very sorry and it would be sent asap. Called mid January, Ryan Jacobs was very rude but found out they had the wrong address. Called 2/01/2021 Mitchell said he saw it on the list to be sent 2/04/2021. We filed a complaint with the Florida attorney general’s office looking into how to do small claims from Oregon

The whole house moved today. Alex and Stave showed us great respect -they listened. No hurry, no pressure. You can trust them, and also a professional. This was our 17th move, and I think it was the best one of all. Hire these guys. Value for your money.

They did everything so fast and carefully. No limit time is the most thing I'm concerned about. They don't have the time policy and charge by quarter. They finish everything in 3h45min. I really appreciate their hard work.
