My wife and coordinated with Complete Van Lines for our move. We had 3 bedroom home and we consolidated into a 2 bedroom apartment in Florida. We sold and put into storage some of our items also. Complete was thorough and detailed. They were very helpful throughout this process.

This company is completely unprofessional - when I called them I was quoted a good price for our cross country move but I was told in order to get the quoted price I needed to sign the contract prior to ending the call. I was not given time to fully read the contract and was not aware that even though they told me my items would arrive in 4 days they actually had 7-14 business days to complete the move. Once the movers arrived they indicated they may even arrive prior to the 4 days in just 2 days so we rushed to drive to Colorado to arrive prior to the movers who did not arrive in 2 days or even 4 days. Their customer service rep Beth is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The company refuses to give any type of timeline for the arrival of our items. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could I would actually give them 0 stars.
This was by far the stress free experience I've had and I am more than grateful that I came across this company. Complete Van lines were very informative and communicated with me every step of the way. My items arrived intact and in a very timely manner. I recommend them to my family and friends. If you are looking for a reputable company this is the one to go with!
