DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It has been the worst experience. Cardinal contracted my move out to East N West Logistics. Travis from Cardinal promised to track everything until it arrived to me which was a lie. He has not answered one of my calls. They misquoted the move and up-charged me at pick up, sent a brand new contract I’d never seen 5 minutes before they arrived at my house to pick things up, gave me 2 hours notice of arrival when they promise 48, sent a young boy and his dad to pick up my things who were using stolen cell phones and requesting me to send payment via Zelle to some obscure account. The contact for East N West, Marcus in California and Erika Edwards in NJ, have pushed back delivery every week for the last month. Their truck broke down in Iowa. They do not follow through with anything they say. It has now been 6 weeks and I still don’t have my things. Do not use Cardinal or East N West logistics.
I booked with Cardinal Van Lines as it was recommended to me by my friend. The movers arrived on time on moving day. They packed my three-story townhouse in less than 3 hours. Everything was bubble wrapped and there was no damage and not even one single scratch was seen. It was a great experience working with Cardinal.
One thing that always stood out when speaking to a representative from Cardinal Van Lines was the professionalism and that he actually had a lot of knowledge about the moving industry. He was such a great guy to speak with because he made everything very simple to understand. I am glad everything went as he told me.
I moved from CA to NY this week with Cardinal Van Lines.They were recommended to me by my friends. They moved my one bedroom apartment things to a one bedroom house. They were very efficient with the moving process.
Moving is the worst, but these guys made the entire experience so easy. We contacted Cardinal Van Lines in our most difficult time and we would absolutely recommend these guys again to anyone, for any type of apartment/home move, just to anywhere.
