Best 4 U moving

I was scammed and I’m a senior citizen. They misplaced my belongings for weeks. Wouldn’t return phone calls. Added a couple extra thousand to the move after everything had already been loaded at 8:30 the night the house was closed. I would give them a minus. I feel they took advantage of me.

I would rate them Less than the 1 Star if that was an option. This was the worst decision I have ever made. I have moves a few times over the years and these people are crooks. Don't Do it, whatever you do. They will quote you one thing with every intention of changing the price when they arrive at your place on moving day. They know most people have so many moving parts on moving day, and will most likely just have to pay whatever price they come up with. Otherwise, you are subjected to paying more in the house or apartment you have already given your move out date. That is exactly what this moving company is banking on. They want you to be in a position where you still have to go forward with the move, even though they tripled the price of my move from the quote. Once my stuff arrived at my location, they dropped my stereo, which was well packed , but was out of the box when it arrived, they stole my dining room table and they had opened a few boxes and rummaged through it and stole what they wanted out of it. I have been fighting with them for months to get my things they stole, but of course they are saying they don't have any idea what happened to my belongings. Whatever you do, do not use this moving company, because they are the worst of the worst. All of the nightmares you hear about moving companies, these people makes those nightmares look like a dream. If you want your things to arrive safely and if you don't want your things stolen, and if you don't want your initial quote to be a bold face lie which will be more that quadrupled on the day of your move....then don't do it

This is was complete nightmare! I pray everyone who is looking at using this company reads these reviews! IM NOT GOING TO MAKE A LONG REVIEW IT IS SIMPLE THEY STOLE LITERALLY HALF OF MY MOTHER N LAWS THINGS OVER $20k worth of stuff and personal things such as pictures clothing and a lot more They lied to us from the beginning They never communicate yes with us from the beginning and now we had to on top of all else hire and pay for a lawyer to sue this company and the broker who lied as well ( MOVING SOLUTIONS Denver Colorado area) The very few items they finally delivered after 4 months of not knowing where our things were the items were broken and just thrown in the truck like they didn’t care See is and especially Ryan from moving solutions as well as Brittany lord to use used profanity towards us threatened us literally was the rudest and most gawked mouth bunch of idiots I’ve ever felt with very uneducated bunch of rejects I assure you! I can deal with a lot of BS but stealing an elderly woman’s things she’s worked for her entire life and lying to us constantly about everything is as low and pathetic as it can ever get! SHAME ON YOU AND ILL COME VISIT YOUR A**** IN JAIL AND I ORAY MY. MOTHER N LAWS THINGS WERE ALL WORHT THE JAIL TIME IM GOING TO FIGHT THE REAT OF MT LIFE FOR YOU TO GET!!! Absolute nightmare. Broker estimated cost was about $12,000. I had to pay $5,000 before I could book the movers. After Best-4-U arrived and had much of my things on the truck, they tell me the cost is actually going to be an ADDITIONAL $13,000, bringing the total cost to around $21,000. We agreed because they already had possession of our things and because we would lose the $5,000 already paid. Later the same day, they demanded another $4,000 or else they would have to leave everything not already on the truck. Again, what choice do I have? The total "binding estimated cost" (whatever that means) was amended to over $25,0000 and I've paid them over $27,000 so far because they demanded that I pay them more, or they wouldn't deliver!! In addition to being extorted this way, they have broken and lost many of my things. Some things were disassembled at pick-up and those things were supposed to be reassembled at delivery, but they were not. Some disassembled things are now missing pieces. My bed foundation was destroyed. My daughters' bed frames were destroyed. I'm missing nearly everything that came out of my garage--cabinets, tool boxes, shelving, a work bench, lawn mower, playground equipment, etc. The driver of the literal horse trailer my things were delivered in has told me both that there are no other deliveries expected and that there are additional deliveries expected. The company won't take my calls. Nobody knows anything. I will be forced to hire a lawyer.

I was warned not to arrange my move with a broker and unfortunately I did not listen. The broker (Nationwide Moving Services stuck me with Best for You and it was a disaster. They packed my stuff poorly and lied to me constantly about the status of my move. I paid extra to get the delivery expedited and they failed to make the promised date. Worst of all they assigned my move to a company called GOR Trucking who delivered my goods in a broken down horse trailer pulled by a equally broken down pickup truck. The two "movers" were totally unqualified and unprofessional. The crushed most of my boxes and refused to reassemble my living room and study furniture and desk leaving it to me to unpack the glass tops and haul them into my house from the garage where they were left in a pile. When I tried to complain to "management" I was initially told my complaints were unfounded and eventually they stopped answering my calls. This company is as bad as it gets so don't be fooled by the lure of a lower price. With Best For You it is really true that you get whet you pay for i.e., NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE. If this helps just one person to stay away I am satisfied.
