Let’s start off knowing my moving quote was “4450” WARNING - SCAM SET UP - AWFUL BUSINESS - MONEY HUNGRY - NOT REAL FAMILY BUSINESS - THEIFS The biggest issue and problem I am facing is that they went though my packed stuff, separated it into boxes, and stole balenciaga 3 handbags, 1 gucci handbag, they stole Gucci sneakers socks they ripped the tags off and forgot to take them so I wouldn’t notice, they took a Bottega belt bag, they lost thousands of dollars of art materials from a shelf they promised would be secured. They crushed my soft leather bags they didn’t recognize. They don’t provide you with truthful and actual paperwork they should provide you for in hopes you fall into their scam, they added false weight to my package we rented a U-Haul and weighed it before and after and the total weight from my stuff was 2068 pounds, while they charged me for over 3800 pounds. I’m assuming they’dhad someone else’s stuff loaded with mine from the time they picked up and went to get weighed. If you want to suffer and have the worst move of your life pick them. They are 100% not family ran they operate through a separate business that provides them shuttles. The “rate” they give you is guaranteed to be paid X2 because you are hiring two separate movers to handle your product from one another. You purchase 4 services from them but they only quote you for 2 - 1 they take your stuff from you and pack it, if it’s not packed exactly how they want it to be you have to pay them extra and they also have a list of supposed they charge you for, when they asure you they’ll provide you with blankets and tape and wrap. I was charged 580 dollars for extra boxes, they charged me for a mattress wrap when I purchased my own and apparently it looked like theirs for them to justify taking an extra charge. I have receipts of purchasing my own and them still counting it as being provided. 2 they then transport your stuff across the country and that’s the second “move” you pay for. When your stuff is being transported to you if a semi truck doesn’t fit in your drive way or if your distance from the truck to the door is longer than 100 ft you get charged by the foot, oh and if that truck can’t fit you have to pay a 500 dollar fee to have your stuff moved, oh and who moves that stuff has a rate of 150 per hour additionally. The mover that I saw face to face confirmed with me that he had no idea who finest fellas was while his paperwork was from them and he confirm finest fellas aren’t a family owned business they’re just a account rep that sells moving leads that are already confirmed. Save yourself the heart ache of your belongings being damaged stolen and mishandled, they don’t take accountability for anything since the driver said “it’s your story and mine and I have paperwork” If you don’t pay them they hold you stuff hostage until you do and then they charge you per pound that they’re holding. if you can’t pay it off immediately, they have no sympathy they don’t care because you’re forced to do what they say based on your contract.

Simply horrible. They gave me a verbal quote and never emailed me the written quote. They kept lying even after I paid them, saying that they sent the receipt and never did; never replied to my emails. They charged me an extra hour for driving, even though the total amount of time included the drive; plus they charged for fuel, which would be okay, if they were transparent about it from the start. They hid these charges so that their pricing may seem more competitive, as they know customers are shopping around and may go with the most affordable quote. The guys broke my dresser and blamed it on the manufacturer; and I was very generous with my tip. This is a European marble dresser that's very expensive. The owner never called back to address the issue. Now I'm finding more items that got damaged. I moved several times with another mover called Big Star in Palm Beach County. That company is amazing. The guys were careful every time. I wish Big Star serviced other counties. I will never hire Finest Fellas and will be sure to tell everyone I know!
