I have moved 11 times in the past three years as I am military. So I have used many moving companies through the army and paying out-of-pocket personally. United American moving and storage superseded my expectations, and I have recommended this company to all of my military families, and I would absolutely be using them again next time we make a move. This time the move was from pigeon Forge, Tennessee across the country to Portland, Oregon. The delivery time was exceptional, it was a 10 day delivery from the pick up day till the actual drop off. There was a minor scratch on one of the night stands, but honestly no matter what you do or how hard you prepare for a move. Something always gets damage. At the end of the day from start to finish, they were very communicative, my gut told me I was on to some thing, and once the day arrived, they showed me personally how well, and how different moving companies truly are from one another.
These movers were stunning! Well disposed thus proficient. All our furniture was painstakingly wrapped. Not a scratch. In any case, the most awesome aspect of everything was that they figured out how to get a huge 72 inch sofa up an extremely restricted winding flight of stairs. We thought we must surrender and sell the lounge chair, yet amazing! It was quite possibly the most noteworthy human feat we've seen at any point ever! 100% suggest this team. Absolutely amazing.
Extremely professional service! From the initial Quote to the day of the move, Dan was prompt and always on time. Moving Day was much faster than expected and his crew was very professional and polite throughout. They made sure everything was exactly where we needed it and took care of the furniture and home as if it were their own. His team moved our furniture out in prep for a remodel, stored it for several months, and delivered it safely back when we were ready. Communication was flawless and easy.
