The team at United American Moving and Storage provided professional service, were friendly, and handled items with care. I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed explanation of costs, insurance, and timing. I was lucky to have the two team members who supported my move. They arrived on time, wrapped up my fragile items, and reversed the process when we got to my new place. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy movers. It can be hard to find resources to trust, but this was my second move using United American Moving and Storage.
My experience with this company is more than negative stars. A lack of communication, very incompetence, very untrustworthy, and all you can think of are negative words. Very unprofessional and it's a waste of time and energy. I tried contacting you every other day but all I got was "I don't know because it's not my department" or "He's going to call you now" You're a broker that I hired, you should do your job as a broker. Imagine you're in my position and have 2 kids, a baby and a toddler who's been sleeping on the floor for the past months, how would you feel? If the owner/company has a conscience, take action!!! OVERALL NEVER AGAIN TO ANY OF THE MOVERS COMPANY, YOU JUST GAVE ME A REASON NOT TO TRUST PEOPLE AROUND.

They patiently broke down and analyzed the contract from the other moving company, explaining everything to me in detail. Despite losing my deposit with the other company, I felt more comfortable trusting United American Moving and Storage with all my belongings. They not only explained everything thoroughly but also conducted a video estimate, making the entire moving process stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

I had to relocate suddenly with just 48 hours notice due to my job, and I needed a moving truck as my initially rented U-Haul became unavailable. Not only did this company provide a more affordable solution than U-Haul, but the entire move was remarkably smooth and stress-free.
