This sounded too good to be true. Lo and behold, it was. Upon pick up in California, we were told the cubic footage had been miscalculated (figured out by Ian based on the size of my storage unit and how full I told him it was). We have now been charged an additional $1,000 I have place several calls to both Ian and the general phone number over the last few days and to date have not received a response from anyone. I don't believe I will be referring this company to anyone. Should have known better
