We grew quickly in all divisions due to how simple it was for us to integrate with your business. I have no issues recommending the Midland Van Lines to others because of how effective our experience with them was.

I can’t even begin to tell you how worried I was before this move. Thankfully, I had Midland van lines made it all so easy for me. Since the moment I first called them, they seemed friendly and extremely reliable. I wasn’t disappointed by the movers either. They showed up right on schedule. They packed up everything quickly and loaded all my belongings into the van. The delivery was made 2 days later as promised with no damage to my valuables. The movers unpacked and helped me assemble my new furniture. This company is the real deal!

I wish I could say better things about this company. We moved from Colorado to Washington, it started with their staff throwing their unused food and cigarette butts on the lawn, leaving their bathroom experience unflushed in both bathrooms. When it started raining, they did not put anything down on the hard wood floors and tracked mud and water all over the house. It was all left behind for me to fix before driving to Washington. my original complaint was returned with a $300 offer, I said I wanted to think about it and contact my lawyer I have not heard back, I have tried several emails and phone calls, and no one has returned them at this point. I sent a very detailed email of a dozen items they broke from the entire bed frame to holes in the bed mattress to breaking the 65 in tv. there are several boxes that never made the final destination. BBQ was dropped off with castors broken off and slightly smashed. I sent all pictures of damaged goods and how boxes were smashed upon delivery. I was also told that, I as the customer was responsible for checking every box in that was delivered. they tried to delivery items that were not mine and proceeded to argue with me that they were mine. I did not sigh off that these items were all delivered, and they left all their trash behind; I am very disappointed with the customer service and their overall approach. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sorry to say this company did not stand behind their word in any form or fashion. My salesperson Chris made a lot of guarantees of personal care of your items, professionalism, family operated, and not using third-party vendors. Unfortunately, I bought the sales pitch. Because that's what it was. First- the pickup appeared to be a warehouse vendor because they arrived in a white truck with a handwritten sign saying Midland Van taped to the passenger door. That set off some alarm bells. My items were picked up mid-June. The first of July I began calling customer service trying to obtain a date of delivery, only to be hung up on and lied to daily for over a month, always stating I just put in a request for dispatch to provide an update and I will call you back. I never received a call back until August a few days before my delivery. My items were delivered 6pm early August. It took 4.5 hours to unload and left a mountain of packing materials trash behind. During delivery you really don't have time to count items and boxes, unless you have someone with you designated to that task. Unfortunately, I did not so I signed off. After final review I am missing 18+ boxes and other items. My boxes were crushed items broken and damaged. If I could provide a rating it would be an BIG "F". VERY DISSATISFIED customer. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere you will be grateful. I certainly am not.
