Please do not contract with this broker! They sold my contract to a scam moving company who demanded $920 above my contract price. My goods were delivered damaged 9 days late with no communication for 12 days, despite my many attempts to locate my shipment. When I complained, they threatened to sue me for 'defamation of character'. Believe me, they have no character to defame. These people should do the world a favor & go out of business.
There was damage to my TV stand when we were moving. Chipped corners and paint scrapes are visible. I feel terrible because this expensive furniture now looks terrible.
They crushed my light by placing a large box on top of it. Their careless handling rendered it useless, even though it had been wrapped with great care. How disappointing.
I was not sure how we could move big furniture on our own, but it was done without a problem by this company. Everything they took apart got put back together flawlessly. Good talk and everything came out undamaged. I would love to work with them again without hesitation.
They handled all my things as per my instructions, labeled all boxes and cartons, and made the delivery earlier than I imagined. I couldn’t be more grateful!
