If I could give this company negative stars I would. They were sub contracted by empire moving and they were 4 weeks late delivering and over charged me by 1500 dollars. Extra 535 on pick up and 750 on delivery on top of my quote and I had less items than quoted. No one ever called me back they hung up on me and they also lied about my stuff being shipped when it wasn’t. When they finally showed up to deliver and my king bed had two box springs that were shipped with all of my belongings no where to be found. The movers trashed my 3k black beauty rest Brooklyn bed and now it’s on the floor because the box springs weren’t delivered. My bed frame was missing all of its pegs to hold it in place. Not to mention you can’t call anyone on the number provided as it’s disconnected and the driver even said what a shit show this is. How is he supposed to do his job if the people ahead of him didn’t pack the job with everything? Box springs are a pretty big thing to forget. Frauds please save yourself order a pod hire people to pack it instead. This company is full of nasty people with negative attitudes not one person apologized for all the inconvenience and over charging me and for not bringing my box springs or shelf’s for my bookcase. Also they take your stuff on a truck and then unload it in warehouses and let it sit for weeks until they get more people to deliver to. Everything for furniture that they moved is damaged, mini fridge dented and cracked, tv stand missing screws glass chipped, vacuum ruined from being taped up missing attachments, desk wood all chipped and broken, dresser dinged up, king black beauty rest mattress ruined and sagging they folded it in half to bring it up when this bed isn’t supposed to bend, missing shelf’s on book case, missing box split king box springs. Stay Away worst movers ever!
Pretty good overall. Moving to a nicer place and had a lot of stuff from back home overseas, very delicate. I am glad I found a team that handled everything well and made things easy for me.

Had a medium sized moved of a 2 bedroom across the line to Texas for more opportunity. DDM did a wonderful job and made this whole process much easier by going above and beyond!
