This company is uncommunicative and unacceptable. The truck has broken down twice holding our belongings and neither the courier or customer service can provide us with an estimated delivery date. We moved in August and it’s mid-October. We were given a timeline of Labor Day weekend, then 2-14 days, then 2-10 days, then 1-5 days, and still don’t have our things. Customer service is unhelpful because while your contract is with White Glove, you are completely reliant on whatever sketchy courier they assign to you.

It was definitely better than I expected, especially considering that I have family members that do local moves, but they did an amazing job and are extremely professional.
