Phenomenal service from Waters Moving & Storage. I could not have asked for a better company. I received about forty calls from different moving companies trying to move me. I decided to go with Waters Moving because it felt right. They were not pressuring me, by any means. They told me to do as much research on them as I wanted and I could call them back. They waited until I called too. I do not like tacky sales pitches. I am super glad I went with Waters Moving & Storage. They did a great job and nothing went wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
I contracted with Waters after getting a few different quotes from other people. They were not the cheapest but they sounded very confident in their work and they were able to accommodate most of my requests. We were moving over 3,000 miles a couple of other companies gave me delivery windows that seemed too good to be true (and probably were) but these guys gave very honest answers and that's what earned my business. It difficult choosing someone to move your entire life but i put my faith into this company and it worked out in my favor. They were thorough, prompt, and resourceful. I will mention there was some damage to a dresser but the claims process was very quick and painless and I feel the compensation for repair was very fair.
