DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They will quote you a much lower price, then sub-contract your move out to another moving company that will significantly up-charge and refuse to move your furnishings unless you agree to the additional charges. All of your items will arrive damaged/unusable, so this company should be classified as a "garbage disposal company" and they will take absolutely no responsibility whatsoever. No care was taken with any of our furnishings.

I’m a real human. Not paid for this review. I generally don’t write reviews or care for them. However in this case I feel compelled to warn other people. DO NOT use this company. We ended up with $10k in damages and no one accepts responsibility for it. They have many bait and switch techniques and confusing contracts to confuse and turn around the customer. You will be forced on moving day to sign other contracts or they won’t complete the move. At that point you are completely at the will of whatever c***** moving company they find for you where they WILL damage your belongings, plop them in your new home and leave you to it without accepting responsibility for anything.
In response to your comment about your move; we can assure you that our goal is to always have our customers receive a good moving experience, however sometimes things happen, or there are other circumstances beyond our control. We do everything we can – from scheduling the move and providing expert communication across all departments – so these situations don’t happen too often, but when they do, it’s frustrating for everyone.
