Absolutely the worst service I have ever utilized. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Went through Alliance Van Lines (another absolutely awful company) that brokered the move through US Movers. Not only was my delivery several weeks later than quoted by both companies, they left it sitting in a warehouse in Dallas for weeks because allegedly another customer had double the amount of items they quoted, so my shipment had to be removed from the truck, where it sat for weeks. Not one single member of their staff could explain why this was occurring. Their customer service team was rude, gaslighting, and laughed at us when we expressed that we were upset. We would be told it was going to be delivered the next day, then when it was not, we would call back and be told we had never spoken to anyone at the company (despite repeatedly asking that our account be notated). When the delivery finally did arrive, many of my items were shattered, boxes were completely flattened, and the driver attempted to up charge me. So unacceptable I considered legal action, they are lucky I was so exhausted I couldn't be bothered. Or maybe that's what they're counting on.
