The driver in the van with EAE-867 lic plate cut me off on the freeway. You are not more important than me. You should be fired. This company should hang it up. Wreckless driving. Do I think you will take care of my items during the move? The way you drive is all the information I need. I called them to talk about it, and they did nothing.

This is a buyer beware, if you choose Twin Cities Moving Solutions be prepared to wait a long or never wait time for responses, to ask for a walk through to no avail and no response, a lot of broken items, to have a 1 day move become a 3 day move and after the first day to find that packing would be haphazard at best, to work harder and spend far more than you were told. I moved from a 3 BR, 2 Bath to a 5 BR, 3 Bath. I scheduled packing and moves (1 day pack, 1 day move, no one ever mentioned how many people on either job based on the Nick (owner) recommendations). I requested the walk through via text twice because I felt like what was recommended was unattainable. But this is not my field of expertise, I have not moved for 23 years so I went with what Nick said was appropriate. Saturday, we packed and packed. I called a friend to help pack and did not finish. There was not enough room to stage anymore so the rest had to “wait” until the move date. The packers contacted the owner and reinformed him that the 1-day pack & move was unachievable to no avail. The move took 3 days and I had to fight to get them to finish the job promised, and the overall feel was that the movers felt like the I was at fault for them having to do a job they were being paid to do. They behaved (based on what they did) like a bunch of crabby toddlers they felt it was appropriate to misinform, damage, ignore and lie about work done. They decided they were finished with a closet in the home totally untouched, a lot of items (some packed, most not including a 40” TV on the floor in the office) in house and the garage was only 2/3 done. The project manager told me what was left would take 2 trips in my car, actual was a ¼ truck load that filled one wall of my 2 car garage. I had scheduled cleaning crew for 3rd day after moving and had to have them come back to finish cleaning due to the number of items left in the house and garage. I had to pay twice to clean the house based on Twin Cities Moving Solutions job scoping skills. Cost was over $5000 for a move that left this homeowner with a horrible taste for Twin Cities Moving Solutions. Never again. Below I have the actual items listed by property that were actual lies or damaged from during the move. OLD Home Storm door left open, battered in wind overnight, “repaired” by TCMS with a twig (could not/did not look for the pin) – homeowner not informed at the time. All remaining doors were left unlocked at the end of each day, neighbors had to check & lock each day. The homeowner was told the doors were all locked. Family crystal goblet left in the middle of an empty room on the floor. Promised pictures of what was remaining (PM stated two trips in my small sedan would complete), no pics (even with text reminder) and when I saw what was left it took ¼ of truck. Multiple items (including basket of clean laundry and all laundry supplies) 40” TV, a full closet in entry untouched, all cleaning supplies in house and 1/3 of garage items left, unpacked. Drew pictures on chalkboard, then dropped chalk on floor and crushed into floor. NEW Garage door opener damaged (eye track bent) door would not close. Left open, homeowner not informed at time. All home doors were left unlocked. The homeowner was told all doors were locked. Moved multiple items that were to be left at previous location. Day 2 – boxes unlabeled and left wherever. Boxed items for garage items in kitchen, boxed food in garage. Upstairs items downstairs. Had to open boxes and move to the correct location, at least 1/3 boxes. Day 3 – threw everything in wardrobe boxes, unlabeled, glass on bottom (broken) hoses, cleaning supplies (leakage) and yard items in boxes with yarn and household items. Could not reach the bottom of the box and could not unpack from the top without breakage. Took apart recliner, did not put back together. The homeowner discovered when sat down & chair fell apart. Took a BBB threat to get fixed.
