Luis came to my house and followed Covid protocols to assess my belongings and give me an accurate and fair quote. He was very friendly and professional. On moving day they were efficient and careful workers. They were also friendly and brought a touch of fun and humor to what is typically a very stressful day. Overall, I am very pleased with how professional everyone was and how smooth the whole process was from start to finish!

DO NOT use them! It felt like being manipulated and then abused. Their sales team makes it seem like you’ll get to pick your date of delivery (and that it might be a few days after), but they don’t make it clear that you’re actually agreeing to a 3-4 week window. They charged us EXTRA upon picking up and delivering... AFTER waiting 3 more weeks than we were led to believe. And then items were missing and damaged. Please do NOT use them. And after reading similar reviews, I wish a Class Action Lawsuit could be formed against them for their blatant manipulation and lack of truth.

Scam. The best word to describe my experience. Was given a quote with specific items listed, we had less boxes than were quoted and they came back on the day of move asking for more money due to our smaller load costing more. Despicable with the absolute worst customer service. I have never been spoken to more disrespectfully. RUN from this company

I am stuck. Not getting my household items. Waiting from past 2 months and customer support is not answering my calls. Everyday we are struggling without the essentials. My little daughter sleeps on the floor without Crib, it so cold and no blankets. Not even have an idea when it will be delivered. I am in a hopeless situation not know what to do. Please help

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! RUN AWAY!!! Look at their reviews on BBB. Every single complaint they received is exactly what happened to me. My move cost me $3000 more than their estimate, my movers cancelled the day of the move, my storage cost me double what they said it'd cost, they wouldn't take my calls after they got their brokers fee, and it gets worse and worse. I booked them before reading their reviews (big mistake), and an hour after I booked them I told them I wanted to cancel and use a different company because their reviews were so bad. I got several calls from different people at Trinity right away begging for my business promising I wouldn't have an experience like that. They seemed so sincere and honest and convinced me they'd earn my business and BOY did they really get one over on me. I feel so stupid. I let them keep my business. It's the biggest mistake I could've made and I spent three months beating myself up as I dealt with this mess. I have spoken to Bill, Chris, Ashley, Kate, and Michelle to name a few people from this company and I would not trust a word they say ever again. Each of them gave me their "personal cell numbers/emails" if anything went wrong and each of them were MIA once crap hit the fan. Kate wouldn't even take my calls. Ashley hung up on me. Bill didn't answer any phone calls at all once he got my money. I complained for weeks and when I finally got through to them, they offered me $400 to "make it right" and when I declined that they offered me $800 but only if I (and I quote) "promise not to write a bad review". HA! They call that fair (I don't, my move cost me $8,000 and they didn't give me the service I paid them for) but honestly, you could not pay me ANY amount of money to keep my mouth shut about how terrible this company is. PLEASE DON'T THINK YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE ANY BETTER. I see some people had great experiences and that's great, but it is not worth the risk I am telling you. I thought my experience would be different and I was so horribly wrong. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Save yourself a huge headache and heartache and time and MONEY and just book a reputable MOVING company, not a joke of company broker like this.
