1)TRINITY VAN LINES waited until the van was loaded with everything I own to DOUBLE the cost from $3500 to $7000. I was given a lot of inane reasons/excuses for this ranging from furniture counts as “x” number of boxes, to “we used a lot of tape.” I did not estimate the number of boxes and furniture, I COUNTED the number of boxes and furniture. Based on that count, TRINITY increased my cost by $695.00 prior to the move, WHICH I PAID—we are now at $7,695! TRINITY were more than one week late with delivery. I called them, and they said, “your truck does not appear on our GPS. We will find it.”. My truck arrived after that. 3) TRINITY sent ONE GUY to unload all of my stuff. It took THREE to load it. The result was that he had to use a hand truck for everything and placed EVERYTHING, including antique furniture and belongings ON ITS SIDE OR UPSIDE DOWN! This resulted in damage to all large furniture. 4) EVERYTHING was damaged. Everything. Every single box was placed upside down, regardless of THIS SIDE UP or FRAGILE labeling. All boxes, and I mean ALL, are crushed and sloppily stacked. See pictures. 5) I had dozens of unused moving supplies: unopened boxes, tape, packing paper and bubble wrap—all are missing—lost or stolen. Two cherrywood bookcases are lost or stolen. So, not surprisingly, I am not just unhappy with TRINITY VAN LINES, I am angry. When I contacted them, they said, “We will not refund anything ever. File a claim.” DO NOT HIRE TRINITY VAN LINES INC. 3170 N FEDERAL HWY suite 106LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL 33064 US DOT:3146583 MC:102445 THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They always show amazing skills when it comes to the packing-loading process. I have worked with different crews sent from the company and every crew is just amazing. I have a lot of respect for the crews and I always instruct them well as everyone should. I can guarantee you that you won’t find a better moving company in this country.

Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. Beware. My experience with Trinity Movers has been horrible. I was then called by a sales person from Trinity movers and told that they were having someone else who was moving to a location near to where I was moving and that they had a facility near to where I was moving so if I acted quickly they could give me a really good price on my move. They made it sound like I had if I did not book quickly that they would not be able to give me a good price. I was told that I was getting a very good deal and they were taking off over 60% of the moving costs because they had someone else moving to the same area. I was also told by the sales person Cheyenne that I would be able to pick my delivery date. She assured me that I could pick my exact date when my furniture would be delivered no problem. I went through each room in my house and told her which items would be moved. She then had me sign the contracts while I was on the phone with her, because they needed to get the move on the books so that I could go with the other order that was also going near my location and that would allow me to get the substantial discount. Everything that happened after this point was a complete disaster. Trinity is just a broker. The company that they arranged to do my move was called American Home Relocation. The movers from American then proceeded to go through my home and tell me that the items that I had in my home were not going to fit in the truck. They also informed me that my piano was listed as a keyboard and not a piano (although my quote said piano) and that it would cost me extra. They also told me that my dressers would cost extra because they were bigger and that the mirror (which was listed on my quote) would cost extra. They told me that I would have to pay these extra charges in cash (which seemed really strange). Then after paying for these items (over $1000 extra dollars) they finished loading the truck and told me they were unable to fit out beds and several other items on the truck. There were not extra items not listed on my quote. Despite that they wanted another $1000 to put our beds on the truck (also in cash). They later tried to lower the price a couple of times but I did not have any more money so it didn’t matter. I had to leave everything behind. Fast forward to the day my stuff was supposed to arrive. No word from Trinity. I called and called and no one answered. I was told that when my items were on their way I would be given a call when they were to be delivered. My belongings were sitting in a warehouse in Chicago waiting for a truck that would be headed to where I was moving. Everything I was told by Cheyenne was a complete and total lie. I cannot tell you how much stress this has brought into my life. I believe that Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. I have read other people who were told the same sales pitch to get them to go with Trinity. They never tell you that they are a broker and that another company will be moving your things. They do not discuss the fact that your items will not be covered if they are damaged or missing. They do not tell you that the delivery date is not a firm date and that it could take 30 days (or more apparently) for your things to come. It is not right for a company to blatantly lie to you in this manner. It has been over 30 days and I still have no word when my things will be here and no one will give me any answers. I hope that someone will respond and help me to get our things so that we can put this horrible experience behind us. I would hope that no one else would go through an experience like this. Please chose another company and be careful!!!

Trinity Moving and Storage was the best moving experience I’ve had in my life. Having moved 3 times in my life, and used several moving companies in the past, I can honestly say that the whole endeavor was without a single flaw. The job was completed as scheduled and all my items arrived on time and undamaged. This company is efficient and the customer service I received was second to none. I don’t see myself moving again for quite some time, but if I decide to move again; my first call will be to them.

My moving experience with this company was great. I have had a job transfer so it was sort of last minute for me. I called 4 companies. Trinity Moving and Storage was not the cheapest but I liked the way Michelle explained everything over the phone. We went over the list of my stuff and he gave me their price. They were very polite, friendly and experienced. It took them about 2 hours to pack and load my 1 bedroom apartment. I am very happy I found this company and I will use them again in the future.
