Damaged every piece of furniture, won’t settle claim from June 2023. No updates no settlement nothing. Many contact attempts. DO NOT USE1

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They were hired by Native Van Lines. They were supposed to pick up my stuff on June 21 and keep them in storage and deliver them on June 28. Based on the contract I signed with Native Van Lines, for distances less than 500 miles the estimated delivery time is 1 to 7 business days. Top Quality Moving and Storage LLC, would not give me any estimation on delivery date. I kept calling them everyday and they just said we don't know and we've got a 21 business days window to deliver your stuff, so we are in that time frame and we don't have to give you an answer! There was just one guy answering the phone and telling me he does not know anything about the delivery status. I wanted to talk to their manager or someone in dispatch, but he said he is now allowed to do that. So, they just keep you in the dark. Their contract did not mention the 21 business days anywhere and they said we are not following the policy of Native Van Lines (the 7 business days), we have our own policy. Finally, they delivered my stuff on August 8! THEY DELIVERED MY STUFF 41 DAYS LATER, 41 DAYS! They subtracted a minimal amount from final payment for being late (of course outside their own 21 business days window), but it was ridiculous because I had to live in an empty apartment for 41 days. In case anyone needs this, if you any issue with any moving company, you can file a complaint on NCCDB which is a federal administration (nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/nccd…). Also, you can find the information about any moving company on FMCSA Mover Database (ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/sea…?).

They run a scam. They failed to deliver 1/3rd of our home furniture. We called them numerous times and after five months, they say that our goods are lost or stolen. It’s incredible how crooks like these can hold on to a business. I suggest you report to local offices like Mayor of Charlotte and the representatives in NC. They basically takes money and don’t finish the job.

This company was contracted by American Heritage Moving. They picked up my furniture in Nashville and when I called to see when it would be delivered to me in Panama City Beach Florida, i was told they have up to 21 days!!!!!! No one ever said this. I asked several times and always told just a few days. I am furious. I work from home and I am forced to work off of a bean bag chair and totes to hold my computer. DO not use....>They took my furniture to a warehouse in NORTH CAROLINA!

Matched by a broker (Long Haul Moving & Storage for move from Atlanta to Las Vegas), Top Movers & Storage are the worst and their activities are negligent and fraudulent. They lost almost a third of our shipment (including children's albums) and nearly every items they delivered were damaged, broken, and/or unusable (movers came on move out date with no packing material (such as boxes, tapes, blankets to protect furnitures...they went to Home Depot to buy boxes, plastic wrap, and tapes and haphazardly packed my furnishings.). Half my garage is now stored with unusable furniture and items. They asked for more money (nearly double) on move out date, demanded full payment when clearly they were delivering less than half of our shipment. Further, their delivery foreman (jose Valle) had other deliveries to make and told the two remaining movers (a man and a woman) to simply move the furnishing into the house and leave (while the foreman left for the next job). Now there is no response from the movers regarding whether they are making any effort to locate our missing items. During their second delivery (with a few more items) their operator called demanding I sign satisfactory and full delivery release (unbelievable). Happy to join any class action and if their upcoming actions and responses are unsatisfactory, I will seek legal recourse to the fullest.
