DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contacted them for a quote from AZ to PA our original move date was not going to pan out we called to cancel but was told we could put our move date on hold and get a full deposit refund of $4,713.87 I contacted them via the info@******************.com address the contract says to use for cancellations. I then contacted them 2 times to see where my refund was, and was told by customer service the cancellation was sent to billing dept. I called a third time and the same customer service rep reads me the contract and WE ARE NOT DUE A REFUND BECAUSE WE DID NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME. Wait we were told we get a refund? HMM I will contact the Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I hope this saves other people from being screwed by this company. People who work for such a rip off company should be very proud of themselves and the company they work for. I actually give you a zero rating. How dare people take money from hones hard working people. Shame on you

I was not aware this company is a “vendor” and contrActs out to other moving companies. I scheduled 2 moves. The first incurred a terribly damaged piece of furniture. There was no warning upon arrival. They just show up. They coulld not give an exact deliver date, they say 2-10 days and just show up. Move 2, I wasn’t sure how many pieces I planned to move. They said they would “save” space for 40 boxes. I ended up moving far fewer pieces and asked for an adjustment. When the movers showed up they demanded cash or would not move. This company is a dishonest disaster.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Going to have to get lawyers involved. Avoid at all costs!

I would give zero stars if possibly. Brittany specifically was extremely mis-leading with the space I needed as well as the pricing, and date of delivery. She said I was well under the minimum in regards to the space I was paying for. She said if I had many extra boxes, I would still be at the minimum. She also told me I would receive my delivery the next day. I waited 4 business days and the entire weekend. Once I made the down payment and the movers were at my home to pick up my boxes, requesting a much larger amount than what she told me, she has stopped answering my calls to clarify and has no returned 5 voicemails in the span of one weeks time. The moving company that TOP Moving Solutions hired was SH movers. They do not answer the phone and the voicemail provides an email that is no in service. They were unable to get in touch with Top Moving Solutions as well when they were picking up my items. They also were using what’s app and Venmo. Everything felt very unprofessional. Avoid Top Moving Solutions at all costs.
