Top Moving Solutions

I sought out a moving company as I was relocating from AL to OH. Unfortunately, I came across Top Moving Solutions. The rep whom I had contact with was Mac Kathers. My initial quote was Around $5000. The link has expired and thus cannot provide the actual numbers. The agreement was I would be contacted a week prior to pick up from one of their agents. I was charged a deposit of 30% which I paid. 4 days before moving, I reached out to Mac via email and asked who was supposed to contact me for any updated information. No one ever contacted me back despite repeated calls. 1 day before the pick up, a driver called me and said he would be at my residence for pickup. He was from another company (American Home relocation) showed up as scheduled, loaded all my items which included 1 refrigerator and 1 washer (which were not on the initial pricing). Upon loading all the items, he said my bill would be over $8000. I attempted to call top moving solutions, but never got a response. They got their part off the top and I never heard from them again. Please, save yourself dissappointment and do not deal with either of these companies. As they are 2 seperate entities, I will write my experience with American Home Relocators next.

Moving Solutions made my move a zero stress experience once again! They were able to come help me on a short notice and made sure all my needs were met. It’s the second time I have used their services and they made the process flawless both times. Always careful with all my belongings, providing help with furniture assembly/hanging too if needed.These guys are really a gem for a woman trying to go through the moving process alone!

Oh my goodness, I just had the most fantastic experience with Moving Solutions! From the moment I reached out to them, they were an absolute delight to work with. The team was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They took the stress out of my entire moving process. The movers arrived right on time and handled all my belongings with utmost care. I was worried about fragile items, but they packed everything so securely that not even a single glass was chipped. What impressed me the most was their genuine care for my belongings and their willingness to address any concerns I had. The team had a positive attitude throughout the move, making the whole experience feel like I was working with friends rather than a hired service. Moving Solutions has definitely earned a customer for life, and I will be recommending them to anyone in need of a stress-free and reliable moving company. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service!

Atrocious company. Every single person there is a liar. Initial estimate was $7k, then $10k at QC review with the exact same items, then $17k at pickup. This company is a broken and not the movers. Complete scam and fraudulent actions taken. Their scam of changing the estimate goes against DOT guidelines and they add charges anywhere they can and state they're different than what they are. This company and the people working for them should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting business and customer service. I am embarrassed to have used them and have reported them to multiple agencies and authorities.

I was completely taken was told one cost and knew we would have to pay a little extra for the long driveway and extra boxes. Then was charged again for the large item we told them about before coming. Was not told that it was a broker site and the company that moved us was so unprofessional. Came hours late and they ended at midnight, got into an argument so loud I had to ask them to take it in the house as to not wake my Neighbor's. I was then told I needed to pay them cash or money order. Which is not the same form of payment that was taken over the phone. I was in a bind and had to move within weeks. Needless to say when my boxes came to my new house they were smashed, broken bins, lost pieces to the fire pit and BBQ. Unbelievable, the movers that picked up said they can take sealed bottles of liquor, but nothing opened. I was so gullible to believe that. They took it all. UR Chosie Mover out of Chicago NEVER USE THEM or Top Moving Solutions. I wish I could add pictures to this review. It is sad how they would treat people and their belongings. I just wanted to cry throughout this whole ordeal.
