I wanted to say that I am very disappointed with this Rock Movers Co. They subcontract the job with unprofessional group of people who are not competent to do their job correctly! First of all, they use the "Bait & Switch" concept by giving you an estimated to attract your business and on the last minute when they come to pack your household they'll increase the amount by several thousands!! At that point you have no choice to accept it since you'll need to hand over your house since it's sold!! Top it off with, I ended up leaving a couple of thousands of dollars of my household stuff on the side of the street since the truck they had brought to pack was a small one!! After they packed and moved my stuff and delivered them, I found out that more than 2/3 of the boxes only 1/3 filled which was b******* and cost me so much due to their c***** work!! Please DO NOT Waste your money to chose this company when it comes to moving! I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at ll, to me their work was very unethical and unprofessional! Plus, I couldn't get a hold of the person that I had made the contract with, Mark that was his name!! To me, their work is beyond SCAM!!!
