We hired Texas state movers for our local move. One of their guy/owner came to our house and gave us a fixed quote. On the days of move, his crew had no idea of the quote and told us that they will be paid per hr. When I told them about the previous quote, they agreed on that but started work in a rushed way and did not care if anything will get damaged in their hurry. They did not properly secure our stuff in the truck. While downloading the stuff at the other place. We had a sofa with broken legs. They put bad scratches on the wood. They did not properly assembled our bed and when we tried to sit on that, it fell on the floor. One of our TV never worked after the move. I asked them multiple times to fix the stuff. They promised that their guy will come and fix the issues but no one ever showed up. I will never recommend them to anyone for their lack of care of the other's property and responsiveness to fix the damaged stuff.
