If you have a very nice things, such as massage chairs, glass tables, TVs, etc. this is NOT the company to work with. They cracked one of my 65 inch TVs and only gave me $199 for that. Not only did they break my TV but they broke my massage chair that I paid over $1300 nine months ago. I tried to work with them to see if they can get this resolved, but They refused to fix it or replace it. She told me after they leave the house. There’s nothing that they can do about it . But I realize that evening that it was broke, and I contact them. They told me to contact my manufacture warranty for something that they broke. I would never recommend this company to no one.
I can honestly say my moving guy (not sure his name) but he's from Odessa he was really nice and I wish I could pay him and not this company. He provided such nice service. Although it took them over 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 15 mins distance, I still appreciate the driver. Now to the company! The owner is very dishonest and deceitful. She came up with this outrageous number of $585 for a six hour move. I was quoted $70 an hour plus 70$ truck fee. Now the move should've taken less than three hours. I broke the bed down and had items in the front ready to go. This lady was so rude and disrespectful to me and her employee. I'm still upset how she talked to them. Then she harassed me for money she couldn't explain where she came up with that number. Last time I check 6 hours x 70$ is $420 plus truck fee is $490. And it was way over what I should've paid. My husband said why you didn't check the reviews. I did however the good reviews are listed at the top. Definitely DO NOT hire this company. She's very money hungry and not a good person at all. Do your research, check yelp. They don't have a google, or a facebook so that is a huge red flag
**Do not book with this trash company if you expect the move to start on time or transparency* Movers were over 2 HOURS late to my storage to pickup, the woman that books the moves "Britney" acted as if this is normal for them to NEVER show up on time and p*** on their customers time! I asked "Britney" to speak with the owner...was told I couldn't cause he lives in Portugal!!! Can't even speak to the owner who operates the business. Then before the drivers even lifts a box...they ask you to pay in FULL upfront AFTER they arrive. Never mentioned it 1 time when I booked. I told them they could leave asap! Everything that could go wrong went wrong!! Worst moving experience thinkable!
There terrible , unprofessional , damaged our property , Won't return calls . Fileing law suit against them , beware .
