Crew was great. I had shelves break in my refrigerator during move Owner took no responsibility and wouldn’t help with replacement cost (I suggested 50/50 split). Therefore I will not recommend their service. Justin (owner)made mention of the fine print…but their guys still said they should have removed or packed shelves. No matter, I wouldn’t use these guys as owner is not a man of integrity. Too bad….employees are….but owner won’t step up. My move was $11,000. I asked him to split cost of shelves ($350), he said “no”. Not a company focused on customer satisfaction! Buyer Beware!!
